Along with its durable polyester fabric it has elegant silver pewter finished hardware that accents the coloring well. The Rockland Zebra luggage set also have two large zippered pockets in the front for plenty of extra storage. The handle stores discretely into the back side of the bag and when it is needed can be pulled out and it self-locks into place.

The other features of the three upright bags in the set are its inline-skate style wheels and its ability to expand. Each bag has a set of two clear wheels that look just like the ones you find on a pair of inline-skates and two stops on the front side of the bottom of the bag. For those trips that you really need to pack extra clothes or things, by unzipping the compartment built-in it will expand up to 2” to give you plenty of extra space. The final bag is a matching 12” carry on tote bag that also has a large zippered pocket in front and lots of room inside.

The dimensions of each of the four bags are as follows; 28” Upright Bag – 28 inches high x 18 inches wide x 12 inches expandable to 14 inches deep. 9 lbs. 24” Upright Bag – 24 inches high x 16 inches wide x 10 inches expandable to 12 inches deep. 8 lbs. 19” Upright Bag – 19 inches high x 13 inches wide x 8 inches expandable to 10 inches deep. 6 lbs. 12” Tote Bag – 12 inches wide x 11 inches high x 5.5 inches deep – 1 lb.

Several of the reviewer were quite happy when their luggage arrived that it exceeded their expectations on looks and overall construction. Not all of the comments were positive; I was able to find a couple not quite so happy buyers of this luggage set. One had a mishap on their trip and one of the stoppers fell off and the bag would no longer stand. Another reviewer was not happy with the look and feel of their set when it arrived, they thought it looked like cheap plastic and thought it would never hold up. It sounds like the one just got a defective bag and that should be addressed to Customer Service and the other could be contributed to unrealistic expectation.
